Cancellations are allowed within 24hrs of order being processed; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee which is not fixed.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided the item purchased is still in its original packaging with the seal intact.
We do not offer cash refunds and will only exchange if the product is returned within 24hrs of purchase.

All payments made by debit/credit card will have a waiting period of up to 4 working days before the product can be shipped. Delivery charges are a flat-rate irrespective of the area and this may increase or decrease at any given time.

Please note all pictures are not necessarily an exact representation of the actual product and the product may differ slightly.

All brand new items purchased come with the standard manufacturer's warranty.
All second hand items are sold As Is do not have a warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty is void if the product has been opened or repaired.

All Repairs come with a standard 3 month warranty unless otherwise stated.
For all warranty claims, invoices must be presented and dates must be clearly visible.
Only parts repaired/replaced will be covered under warranty.
Warranty void if physical damage, Liquid damage or negligence is visible.
All warranty repairs to be brought directly to the workshop at own transport cost.
